Have your machines monitored

PumpDetect Monitor is a comprehensive system designed for controlling technical condition of rotating machines. The monitor consists of 3 modules providing for the ability to sense any physical quantity needed to check and diagnose the machines. The basic monitor functions include measurement of vibrations and temperature on the pump and electric motor, measurement of pressure, current and frequency for checking the measured parameters and IoT transmissions. The sensing takt time can be adjusted from a few seconds to minutes.

An unlimited number of sensor modules can be connected to the PumpDetect Monitor, which are adapted for the connection of any type of sensor (flow rate sensor, pressure sensor, mechanical seal sensor, etc.). Because PumpDetect Monitor does not use a battery to be power, data can be collected more often compared to competing solutions and thus more accurate resulting values are obtained. The system is compatible with the ModBus RTU industry standard.

Transmission unit

The main task of the module is to send data to the superior  system (PumpDetect Getaway) or directly to the Cloud.

Module parts:

3-axis vibration sensor  (flat frequency response range between 0.25 -2kHz; spectrum analysis  0-1000H

temperature sensor (measurement range from -40 up to 150 °C)

Power supply module

The main task of this module is to supply the sensing assembly via the local bus bar with the voltage obtained from terminals of the electric motor and at the same time to measure the size and frequency of the electric motor input current.   

Module parts:

power supply converter  90-400V~/12V=

current-waveform sensor (up to 500A)

frequency sensor (e.g. where a frequency converter is used)

sensor of temperature around the current sensor

3-axis vibration sensor  (flat frequency response range between 0.25 -2kHz; spectrum analysis  0-1000H

temperature sensor (measurement range from -40 up to 150 °C)

input port for 1 sensor with analog or I2C output (e.g. pressure sensor)

Sensor module

The main task of this module is to sense the physical quantities via different sensors (pressure sensor, flow rate sensor, mechanical seal leakage sensor, etc.).

Module parts:

input ports for 2 sensors with programmable interfaces (analog 4-20mA,  0-5V analog, 1-5V, 0-10V, I2C, SSI...)
